Be A Voice for Reconciliation
Last week was National Reconciliation Week. National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.
This years theme was Be a Voice for Generations, encouraging all Australians to be a voice for reconciliation in their everyday lives.
Educators spent Reconciliation week extending their own, and children’s, knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander histories, culture and contributions. Children engaged in art, storytelling, dance and food tasting. We are committed to continue this journey of reconciliation, through learning together, into the future. #nationalreconciliationweek
