At Mad Hatter House we believe kids need time to be kids!
Mad Hatter Kids are supported to engage in a range of play and leisure experiences that allow them to feel happy, safe and relaxed. It's a place created to give kids the opportunity to interact with friends, practice social skills, solve problems, try new experiences, and learn life skills. Our programs are guided by the My Time Our Place Framework for School Aged Care in Australia.
We are an Approved Provider of Outside School Hours Care and operate under the The National Quality Framework (NQF). The NQF provides a national approach to regulation, assessment and quality improvement for early childhood education and care and outside school hours care services across Australia. We have been rated as Meeting the National Quality Standard for early childhood education and care and outside school hours care services in Australia.
We employ educators who have a passion for working with kids, that are dynamic, engaging, supportive and a whole lot of fun! They are also qualified, have current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis management certificates, and have undergone working with children checks. At Mad Hatter House we value ongoing professional development for all staff.
Our Open Door Approach means you as part of our Mad Hatter Family are welcome to visit anytime. We value family and community contributions to all aspects of our program. We are always seeking authentic ways to have our cultures and community reflected in our Service and welcome your input and feedback.
